The Board of Directors are responsible for the management and oversight of all affairs of the Wellington Commons Home Owners Association. The Board is also responsible for appointing a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer to carry out duties specified in the Association By-Laws.
Members are elected to the Board of Directors in staggered terms, 2 or 3 at a time, at the annual meeting of the Association. The Board meets the fourth Thursday of each month, for all meeting dates for this year, please see the events calendar.
